What we collect

• Your first name.
• Your email address.
• The selfie you take when you register.
• A face fingerprint (a list of numbers, not an image), only if you tick the face-matching box.
• Your portraits from the shoot.

Faces in the event photos are briefly turned into fingerprints so they can be compared with the guests who ticked the face-matching box. Fingerprints of people who did not tick it are never matched to anyone and are deleted when staff review the photo, at the latest 30 days after the photo is taken.

Why we collect it

To deliver your photos to you. If you tick the face-matching box, we also use your selfie to find you in photos automatically. The box is optional, and you get your portraits either way.

How long we keep it

We keep your data 30 days after you register, then delete it.

Who processes it

Neon (database and selfie storage), Dropbox (portrait storage), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Face fingerprints are computed in the event staff’s browser and compared on this app’s own server. No face recognition service receives your data.
